Review Rumiko Takahashi anthology Written by Warpshadow Rating good

Rumiko Takahashi is known for anime shows that last practically forever. Did you also know that she has a collection of short stories that have been animated? Well you do now. It's also something good to watch that doesn't require a commitment.

A housewife has to take care of a penguin in an apartment complex that doesn't allow pets. A man hits his head and then thinks he is a teenager. A girl on a family trip thinks that her family is going to commit suicide. These and nine other separate stories are what makes up Rumiko Takahashi anthology.

As stated before Rumiko Takahashi anthology is a collection of short stories, each lasting one episode. The stories vary in quality and due to taste you will invariably like some more than others. They are generally nice stories though. What really makes this show worth watching is the fact that it doesn't require any memorization beyond a single episode, so things like watching volume three months after last seeing the show is viable. Also if you like Takahashi's style in character designs this show is a good watch since the animators have really captured her work well this time. If you want to watch a show without having to make a commitment to it this is the one for you.
