Other than a fairly decent ending song I wouldn't really recommend this title for you or anyone you like to watch. People you hate are a different story.

Natsumi is your typical elementary school student. Her life was normal until her father returned from New Guinea and gave her a strange looking idol. That night she is visited in a dream by Ahem, the god of earth. Ahem tells Natsumi that she is in danger due to Ongo, the spirit of destruction being released from the idol she just received, so he gives her a skull necklace and teaches her a dance that will giver her Ahem's power. It is then that Natsumi awakens to a diminutive trouble maker named ongo and it isn't long before she does the dance that turns her into the voluptuous Mae.

For a long time I have had a certain amount of trepedation about Oavs being that many of them are rather inferior when it comes to the basic elements to a story. It is as if they were television shows that were canceled a couple of episodes after initial broadcast. Such a phenomenon would describe Jungle De Ikoe quite well. The basic premise takes up an entire episode or one third of the Oav and character's aren't really explored. There is also the matter of the transformation dance, which is quite suggestive and thus quite creepy when performed by preteen Natsumi. Not that Ahem's performance was also unsettling being that he is an emaciated pygmy with only a horn covering his naughty bits. Being that there are literally hundreds of anime titles to choose from and the vast majority of them are better than Jungle De Ikou I can only recommend that you don't waste your time or money on this title.
