Tsundere characters by nature usually have a mean side but in this one boy is the main female in this show have a temper.

Louise was a student in the magic academy in the country of Tristein. However she is so lousy at magic that she can not cast a spell successfully and so has earned the nickname Louise the Zero. One day she was to cast the spell that would summon a familiar like every other student in her class. However instead of summoning a monster or animal she summons a human, namely Saito, a boy from the country of Japan in another world. Unfortunately for him Louise has quite the temper and sees Saito as little more than an animal.

Familiar of Zero is a romantic comedy with more than it's fair share of fantasy trappings. The tsundere phenomenon (a personality type common in romantic comedies) is in full swing here with Louise being more tempestuous and violent than the usual member of this group. Even though there are the somewhat usual romantic comedy hijinks there is a decent plot that keeps the show from just dragging down into just a routine. Overall this is a decent show but if you don't like romantic comedies with their share of fan service then I suggest you ignore this show.
