Whats up every one, Nz I am glad to hear that you are doing good down in ephriam, link what happened to the corprate job? Well anyways my son is doing much better still working on getting his right side back to where he can use it. Oh yeah I am working as a dell tech support and am getting A+ cert. finally.

Yeah it is fun where I am living now. Lots of responsibilities but I'll manage somehow. winking

I'm glad to hear that our son is doing better. Thankfully it is easier for the young to recover their wounds than adults. Keep us updated.

You have my sympathy working as tech support. I'm sure you get all kinds of dumb calls. But at least when you say where you work people will recognise the name of your company.

And I have to say that being "A+ Certified" gets a lot more hype than it is really worth. Not that going through the process isn't worth it, but none of your residential customers will even know or care about it. However some business customers get a boost of confidence in your ability when they hear those magic words.

While the idea of tech support is not as great as managing a game stop or somthing it really is something I am looking forward to. and the whole A+ thing I figured it was about time to get it.

Just remember, while there is no "expiration" on those A+ Certs, they prefer you to retest your knowledge every three years.
