Anime Review: Please Teacher

This is seriously one of the best shonen romance shows I have seen. Anybody who likes the genre even a little bit should see this one.

There is a new young teacher by the name of Mizuho Kazami in a remote town and by accident Kei Kusanagi has learned her secret. Even though she doesn't look it she is an alien. If people knew of this it would be a big catastrophe so Kei decides to cover for her. Eventually they have to go as far as getting married to hide Mizuho's identity. This is by no means the end of the problem as they now have to deal with a new life together that is more than either of them bargained for.

Please Teacher is a good anime show, it is a good deal better than what the plot write up makes it out to be. The main reason for this is that is that the show is the strength of emotion is conveys. Instead of the usual wishy washy sort of romance that many shows of this genre have Please Teacher deals with the very reason why people love one another and least metaphorically shows the consequences of cowardice rather than use it simply a ploy to lengthen the series. The main characters are enjoyable and do not feel contrived in their personalities, the same can be said of most of the minor characters. To top it off this show has some of my favorite anime songs in it, especially the opening and the final ending.
