Review Maho Shojo Lyrical Nanoha A'sWritten by WarpshadowRating good/ very good

Awriting a review of Nanoha A's was probably pointless as anybody who would like the show is probably going to watch it regardless of what I say. Not that watching Nanoha A's was pointless.

It has been six months since Nanoha's adventure with the Jewel seeds came to a close and it is now winter. Nanoha has kept herself busy by training herself in magic and corresponding with her friend Fate. All that training was put to use when a mysterious girl in red (Vita) appeared and tried to defeat Nanoha and steal the source of her magic. While Nanoha's magical friends show up to save her Vita has allies of her own and they are more than Nanoha and company can handle.

This show is a continuation of the First Nanoha Season. Watching it is pretty much a necessity since A's expects you to understand the workings of the characters already. A's is also a bit more fast paced and has a more complex and somewhat rushed plot. The cast almost doubles so character development is a bit rushed as well but it is still present. The focus is more on combat with longer battles, although they are executed well so there is little complaint there. Overall the second season of Nanoha is something that is well worth watching for anybody who liked the first season.
